MFI
MFI is one of the UK's leading furniture retail companies and is a household name across the nation.They have a large network of retail outlets, warehouse and distribution facilities and as such have a very busy dedicated recruitment department.
We were commissioned to scope and then build a dedicated recruitment website that would enable the MFI team to publish vacancies across their organisation on the web.
The aim was to automate the full recruitment process as much as possible and to streamline the busy team's daily operation.
The site featured personalised profiling, where applicants could manage their stored CVs and details, match their requirements to vacancies that were available and automatically submit the full application to the relevant department.
